I did get my order in the end, so that part was fine. But the tracking didn’t update for several days, which was frustrating. Shipping took longer than I expected, and it kind of felt like the package was just sitting somewhere without anyone bothering to scan it. Not the worst experience, but definitely annoying

It just feels a little sketchy to me. Maybe I’m just tired of signing up for yet another service and hoping it’s actually legit, but I don’t fully trust this one yet

I’ve used LootX a few times, and the payment part has been frustrating. One of my deposits showed up late, and when I contacted support, it took way too long to get a clear answer. Most of the replies felt like copy-paste responses that didn’t really address what I was asking. I’m not saying it’s a complete scam, but after that experience, I don’t really feel comfortable using it again.

I’ve tried lootx.com a few times now, and the prizes weren’t as exciting as I hoped. A couple of the items felt kind of cheap (or at least not worth what I spent), so that was a little disappointing. The site itself was okay, but I definitely expected better quality overall

The refund did come through eventually, but it took longer than they told me and I had to keep following up for updates. I get that things can go wrong, but if a company gives a timeline, they should stick to it or at least communicate better without making the customer chase
